iceberg-bot is a private automation tool operated by the Ice Bonus team. It prepares advertising reports for one channel: it stores video clips and post screenshots in the operator's own Google Drive and updates a report spreadsheet in Google Sheets. It is not offered to the public, and only the operator's Google account is connected to it.

Data the app accesses

With the operator's consent through Google sign-in, the app accesses the Google Drive and Google Sheets files available to the connected account. It lists files in the working folders, creates folders, uploads files, moves replaced clips to the trash, sets link sharing on the report folders, and reads and writes the report spreadsheet.

How the data is used

The data is used only to store clips and screenshots, keep the report up to date, and show the operator the status of the work. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and the app does not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Storage and sharing

The Google access token is stored on a computer or server controlled by the operator, in a file that other users of that system cannot read. Files stay in the operator's Google account. Folders linked in the report are readable by anyone who has the link, so that the advertising partner can review them.

Third-party services

The app sends limited Google user data to two services, only to provide its features. Telegram delivers notifications and status messages to the operator and people the operator has approved; these can include Google Drive links, file names and deal status from the report spreadsheet. The Anthropic API generates replies when the bot is asked a question in Telegram, using deal status and statistics from the report spreadsheet. The app does not transfer Google user data to anyone else.

Google API Services

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and data

Access can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page. Deleting the stored token removes the app's stored access, and files can be deleted from Google Drive directly.
